Maule Valley lies at the southern end of the Central Valley and is one of the coolest wine-producing areas in Chile.
Many vineyards here have been grown organically for decades and certified in recent years. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Carménère above all, but also Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
