SOAVE CLASSICO DOC

Soave Classico DOC is an area that is considered a traditional Soave production area. The vineyards here are located on hills with volcanic soils and generally give a higher concentration of aromas than in Soave DOC.

This is Soave Classico DOC — a blend of Garganega (90%) and Trebbiano di Soave (10%) from volcanic and marl soils. Soft pressing is followed by fermentation at a low tem-perature, followed by aging in steel vats and oak barrels. The wine has a pale straw color with golden reflections. The bou-quet contains graceful tones of exotic and white stone fruits with floral shades.
The taste is fresh, with a pleasant acidity and a slight almond bitterness characteristic of Soave in the aftertaste. The wine is perfect for many fish and vegetable dishes.

PINOT GRIGIO DELLE
VENEZIE DOC

Delle Venezie DOC is an appellation of Northern Italy, famous for its bright, aromatic wines. The area is bordered by the regions of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino-Alto Adige and Veneto and includes beautiful vineyards along the Alpine foothills.
The main variety is Pinot Grigio, which acquires a special character here: the wines are light, fresh, expressive, with floral and fruity tones, pleasant acidity and mineral shades, perfectly combined with so many dishes. Thanks to its freshness and fruitiness, Pinot Grigio delle Venezie perfectly complements seafood, salads, white fish and soft cheeses.
Other varieties such as Garganega, Pinot Nero and Merlot are also cultivated in the Delle Venezie appellation, but Pinot Grigio remains the most popular.

SAUVIGNON BLANC
TREVENEZIE IGT

Trevenezie IGT (Indicazione Geografica Tipica) is an appella-tion in northeastern Italy that includes three wine regions: Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Trentino-Alto Adige and Venice. It is famous for its wide variety of styles and attracts the attention of wine connoisseurs from all over the world.
The soils and climate of Trevenezie IGT are ideal for white grape varieties. Soils, mostly clayey and sandy, but with many variations, create a wide palette of aromas and their various combinations. The climate also plays an important role: thanks to the mild daytime temperatures and the coolness of the night during the ripening period, the grapes retain their acidity well, and the wines are bright and fresh.
One of the most interesting aspects of Trevenezie IGT is the local interpretation of the world-famous Sauvignon Blanc, which takes on a special character here – bright tones of citrus and green pepper with notes of tropical fruits and herbal touches. Sauvignon Blanc from Trevenezie IGT goes perfectly with seafood, fish, fresh salads and white meats. Its light, refreshing taste is perfect for a summer picnic or dinner on the outdoor terrace.
